Today I am reviewing the 4 fun gel polish shades that make up the Oasis Palette :) 

  TROPICANA  

Tropicana is a pink neon-pastel gel polish shade.

It should come as no surprise that this is my favourite from the palette! I mean come on! Just look at it! *heart eyes*

  VACAY  

Vacay is a yellow neon-pastel gel polish shade.

What a pretty shade of yellow. This would look SO GOOD on darker skin tones! OMG!

  SUNSET  

Sunset is an orange neon-pastel gel polish shade.

I can see myself wearing this all Summer! Just imagine laying by the pool with this on your toes! 

  BEACHSIDE   

Beachside is a mint green neon-pastel gel polish shade.

Love it! I am almost certain this shade will have people asking what is on your nails! A crowd pleaser for sure! So pretty!

This colour palette is absolutely PERFECT for Summer! Are they neon? Are they pastel? They're a combination of both and I LOVE IT!!! My swatches do no justice! I have been wearing a skittle mani of the four shades all week and I cannot stop staring at my nails! I am genuinely so OBSESSED!!!

As per usual, Opallac have NAILED IT with their colour selection and formulas! I just adore how effortless Opallac polishes apply and cure, in a matter of minutes, under the Opallac LED nail lamp - it's seriously so quick and easy! All 4 shades in this palette are beautifully opaque in two thin easy coats. A ++

As always, I highly recommend trying Opallac and I am not being paid to do so! I just genuinely rate their products.

A fantastic option if you're looking for a quick and easy salon-quality DIY gel manicure you can do at home - literally no skills required for application or removal!

JESSICA COSMETICS PHENOM SWEET TALK SPRING TREATS COLLECTION - SWATCHES & REVIEW

 A 'phenomenal' evolution in polish technology, exclusively formulated for salon professionals, PHENOM is JESSICA Cosmetics' answer to gel nails with no UV / LED light; promising up to 10 days of lasting colour and gel-like shine.

Here's how it works - 

STEP 1: BASE COAT

Apply two thin coats of any JESSICA base coat to prepared nails (nails completely free of polish, oils, etc) - this will ensure maximum adhesion and wear.

STEP 2: PHENOM COLOUR

Apply two thin coats of your desired JESSICA Phenom colour - apply just like regular nail polish. 

STEP 3: FINALE SHINE

Apply one thin coat of the JESSICA Finale Shine top coat over the colour - this sets and cures the colour giving it a gel-like shine (no lamp needed! It hardens with natural light exposure!)


*APPLICATION TIPS: Apply thin coats of polish and ensure each coat is fully dry before applying the next coat. 


All JESSICA nail colours are Cruelty Free, Vegan and 7-Free which means they are free from nasty chemicals like Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde Resin, Toluene, DBP, Camphor, Xylene and Ethyl Tosylamide - so they are gentle on you and the environment!

  U HAD ME AT HELLO  

U Had Me at Hello is a coral pink nail polish shade.

I say you can never go wrong with pink nails. This one is perfect for the warmer weather. Would also make for a cute pedicure. 

Opaque in one thin coat!

  SMOOTH TALKER  

Smooth Talker is a baby blue nail polish shade.

I always enjoy this tone of blue. The formula of this one is quite possibly the best I've tried for this kind of shade. A crowd pleaser for sure!

Opaque in one - two thin coats.

  TELL ME MORE  

Tell Me More is a a taupe grey/purple nail polish shade with a super fine pink-blue shimmer scattered throughout it.

Now this one has me starstruck! Super pretty! The shimmer is definitely apparent in person and literally glows off the nails.

 SWEET KISS 

Sweet Kiss is a nice rosy pink-toned neutral nail polish shade.
Not your typical bright bubblegum pink. It looks pink, no matter how you look at it, but it's muted and more subdued - I like this one...a lot! 

The formula is perfect! The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well.

It's pigmented, covers well and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in one - two thin coats, depending on personal preference.

 YOU MAKE ME BLUSH 

You Make Me Blush is a light caramel nude nail polish shade. 
A classic and crowd-pleaser for sure!

The formula is great! The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. 

It applies slightly patchy on the first coat, but builds up to full opacity nice and easily in two thin coats.


 CHOCOLATE BRONZE 

Chocolate Bronze is a deep rosy neutral nail polish shade.
I always enjoy deeper neutrals like this. My favourite of the collection for sure!

The formula, yet again, is perfect! The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well.

It's pigmented, covers well and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in one - two thin coats, depending on personal preference.

These are the first Phenom polishes I have tried and I quite like them. 
The formulas are lovely, and the quality is amazing (as you would expect from JESSICA polishes). I appreciate that they are long-lasting and dry relatively fast.

I really enjoy these kind of neutral shades for everyday wear.
Let's be honest, not all neutral nail polish shades suit every skin tone, but I can guarantee you that at least one of these beautiful blush-toned neutrals will suite you!

NAILS INC LONDON SPARKLE LIKE A UNICORN NAIL POLISH DUO - SWATCHES & REVIEW

Rainbow Wishes is a delicate purple nail polish shade, with a stunning aqua blue shimmery sheen scattered throughout it.
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! So pretty!!

The formula is perfect!! The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. 
It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well.

It covers beautifully and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in two thin coats.


 DREAM DUST 

Dream Dust is a sparkly rosey pink-purple nail polish shade with gold micro glitter particles scattered throughout it - essentially "rose gold".
It's GLORIOUS! There is something so regal about this colour. I LOVE IT!

The formula, again, is perfect!! The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. 
It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well.
It also dries down nicely with no gritty glitter texture.

It covers beautifully and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in one - two thin coats, depending on personal preference. 
(It's technically opaque in one coat, but I personally like the way the colour becomes more vibrant in two.)

I am literally OBSESSED OBSESSED OBSESSED with the Sparkle Like A Unicorn duo!! 
The duo is made up of a unique combination of dreamy and delicate, colour-shifting, and blinding shimmery goodness; to have your nails glistening in every light, and keep you on-trend with your nail game strong - it's pure unicorn magic!

The formulas are simply perfection, and I am LIVING for the amazing wide brush - it makes flawless application absolutely effortless! 

It's a HUGE HUGE HUGE thumbs up from me! I am in awe!

I definitely recommend trying the stunning stunning STUNNING Nails Inc Sparkle Like A Unicorn Duo.

I pride myself in giving completely authentic and honest reviews, so when I say you NEED these polishes in your life, I genuinely mean it!

CERISE STOPPER

Cerise Stopper is a bright magenta-red nail polish shade. 
Lovely colour! I could imagine this being a great Summer pedicure colour!

The formula is fantastic! The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail.
It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well.

It's pigmented, covers well and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in one - two thin coats. 


IMPERVIOUS PINK 

Impervious Pink is a bright neon pink nail polish shade. 
I.AM.OB-SESSED!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS COLOUR!!

The formula is perfect! The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail.
It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well.

It's pigmented, covers well and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in one - two thin coats. 


ORANGE SEAL

Orange Seal is a bright neon orange nail polish shade.
So bright it burns my eyeballs! My swatch does no justice!

The formula is lovely. It applies a little patchy, but is still easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. 

It's pigmented, covers well and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in two - three thin coats, depending on personal preference and application. 


IMPASSABLE YELLOW

Impassable Yellow is a bright yellow nail polish shade.
Such a fun and happy colour!

Super impressed with the formula of this one - It's AMAZING (especially for a yellow nail polish!). It applies *slightly* patchy, but is still so easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail, just like butter. 

It's pigmented, covers well and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in two - three thin coats, depending on personal preference and application. 


AIRTIGHT TURQUOISE 

Airtight Turquoise is a bright turquoise green nail polish shade.
So pretty! A crowd pleaser for sure!

The formula is perfect! The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail.
It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well.

It's pigmented*, covers well and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in one - two thin coats.
*It's so pigmented I would definitely recommend wearing and couple of coats of base coat to avoid green staining. For the record, it didn't stain my nails, but I would still wear base coat just to be safe (no one likes Smurf hands!)

I am really enjoying the Aquaproof collection - the colours are so fun, the formulas are beautiful, and they dry nice and quickly.
They are also super bright and neon WITHOUT a white base coat - AMAZING!!

Soak up the sun, show off your tan and make an impact, with these bright and bold polishes!

I'm so excited that Models Own is finally available here in Australia and can't wait to try out some more amazing colours and finishes!

NEW BARRY M MOLTEN METAL NAIL PAINTS 2018 - SWATCHES & REVIEW

Barry M have just added more shades to their amazing Molten Metal Nail Paint range to keep us all on trend. The Molten Metal Nail Paints are Barry M's answer to show-stopping chrome-effect nails that have a mirror-shine foil finish that glisten for days.

BLUE GLACIER

Blue Glacier is an icy blue metallic nail polish shade with silver shimmer scattered throughout it. It literally glows on the nails! So pretty!!

The formula is fantastic! 
The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail.
It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well. 

It covers well and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in two thin coats.


BLACK DIAMOND 

Black Diamond is a black foil metallic nail polish shade with a silver shimmer scattered throughout it. Sexy and sleek. I love this one! 

The formula is fantastic! 
The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail.
It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well. 

It covers well and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in one thin coat!!


GOLD RUSH 

Gold Rush is a gold foil metallic nail polish shade with a stunning pink-red duo-chrome flash to it. LOVE the effect! I am obsessed!!

The formula is fantastic! 
The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail.
It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well. 

It covers well and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in two thin coats.


HOLOGRAPHIC LIGHTS

Holographic Lights is a delicate silver scattered holographic nail polish shade. 
It's not the most holographic nail polish, but you can definitely see pure holographic goodness in every light! My swatch shows it in the shade - it really comes alive in direct sunlight and artificial lighting. 

The formula is lovely! 
The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. 
It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well. 

It's a little sheerer than the other shades, but builds up to full opacity nice and easily in two - three thin coats. 


HOLOGRAPHIC ROCKET

Holographic Rocket is a purple scattered holographic nail polish shade. 
It's not the most holographic nail polish, but you can definitely see pure holographic goodness in every light! My swatch shows it in the shade - it really comes alive in direct sunlight and artificial lighting. 

The formula is lovely! 
The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. 
It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well.. 

It's covers well and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in two thin coats.

Barry M have smashed it out of the park, yet again, with these Nail Paints!
I have featured the Molten Metal Nail Paint range on here before* and can genuinely say it is by far my favourite range by Barry M. 
The formulas of these nail paints are practically perfect - they apply effortlessly onto the nail, are easily opaque and dry super quickly! They are filled with amazing shimmery (and holographic) goodness that sparkles in every light - so pretty and on-trend! 
I love me some shiny metallic nails so it is no surprise that I am totally obsessed with these!

I also really like the amazing wide brush these nail paints have that make the "three-stroke-method" of application effortless. There are also no brush strokes evident when they dry down which is awesome, especially for metallic nail polish. 

I have been trying to pick my favourites to recommend but it's just way too hard to choose. I am obsessed with all of them - they're all seriously that good! 
Definitely recommend trying them out! They are amazing!
So excited for more colours to be added to the Molten Metal Nail Paint range!
