Today I am reviewing the 4 fun gel polish shades that make up the Oasis Palette :) 

  TROPICANA  

Tropicana is a pink neon-pastel gel polish shade.

It should come as no surprise that this is my favourite from the palette! I mean come on! Just look at it! *heart eyes*

  VACAY  

Vacay is a yellow neon-pastel gel polish shade.

What a pretty shade of yellow. This would look SO GOOD on darker skin tones! OMG!

  SUNSET  

Sunset is an orange neon-pastel gel polish shade.

I can see myself wearing this all Summer! Just imagine laying by the pool with this on your toes! 

  BEACHSIDE   

Beachside is a mint green neon-pastel gel polish shade.

Love it! I am almost certain this shade will have people asking what is on your nails! A crowd pleaser for sure! So pretty!

This colour palette is absolutely PERFECT for Summer! Are they neon? Are they pastel? They're a combination of both and I LOVE IT!!! My swatches do no justice! I have been wearing a skittle mani of the four shades all week and I cannot stop staring at my nails! I am genuinely so OBSESSED!!!

As per usual, Opallac have NAILED IT with their colour selection and formulas! I just adore how effortless Opallac polishes apply and cure, in a matter of minutes, under the Opallac LED nail lamp - it's seriously so quick and easy! All 4 shades in this palette are beautifully opaque in two thin easy coats. A ++

As always, I highly recommend trying Opallac and I am not being paid to do so! I just genuinely rate their products.

Mettle strive to employ women who have experienced homelessness as a result of domestic and family violence. Profits from every GLOW palette sold will be donated directly to Mettle from Opallac. This money will go towards providing a stable income, nurturing work training, and support in accessing safe housing for vulnerable women; to enable them to take steps towards the safe future they rightfully deserve. 

Today I will be reviewing the 4 inspiring gel polish shades that make up the NEW Opallac GLOW Palette in collaboration with women's charity Mettle :)

  STRENGTH  

Strength is a dusky sea-foam green gel polish shade. 

This would be PERFECT for Autumn / Winter time, if you match your nails to the seasons. 

Great Opallac formula we all know and love! 

Opaque in 1 - 2 thin easy coats!

  POWER  

Power is a dusky mauve purple gel polish shade. 

I adore this shade of purple! LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Formula is, surprise surprise, perfect! 

Opaque in 1 thin easy coat!

  BEAUTY  

Beauty is a copper-pink-rose gold finely milled glitter with tiny holographic specs scattered throughout it. 

WOWZA!!! Can we please take a moment to appreciate this beauty...I mean come on!!! Is this real?! I have no words!

This has a great glitter to base ratio, not too chunky on the nail and easily buildable! Would look great as an accent nail or as a full mani like how I've worn it here - SO PRETTY!!! 

My swatch shows 2 thin coats.

  COURAGE  

Courage is a slightly greyed-out / off-white gel polish shade.

So elegant and classy! Looks white on your nails but not as stark and as obnoxious as white out. Think OPI My Boyfriend Scales Walls but with a much better formula, AND its gel! 

Opaque in 1 - 2 thin easy coats!

Ok, it's offical! I am OBSESSED with this palette! This is quite possibly my favourite Opallac palette to date! A beautiful selection of colours, with perfect formulas, that support a great cause! 

It's an A +++ from me! I've been wearing a skittle mani using the 4 shades in the palette all week and I can't stop staring at my nails and neither can my colleagues!  

It should come as no surprise that I highly recommend trying out Opallac and I am not being paid to do so! I just genuinely rate their products. A great option if you're looking for a quick and easy salon-quality DIY gel manicure you can do at home with literally no skills required for application or removal! I'm someone with a massive nail polish collection (shocker) and I literally only ever wear Opallac these days! You honestly just can't go wrong! So much love for the brand!

I think its time you get your hands on some new gel polish and support an amazing charity!

  PLUSH  

Plush is a soft baby pink gel polish shade. 

It's nothing fancy, but it's pink so you know I love it! Can you ever really go wrong with pink nails? This is a good one.

Nice formula and opaque in 2 thin easy coats.

   LAVISH    

Lavish is a warm mauve pink gel polish shade. 

I LIVE for these kinds of shades. It's sophisticated AND easy to rock at work. This is joining the ranks of Soy Capp and Faux Fur - my ultimate fave work appropriate shades. 

Fantastic formula, nice and opaque in 1 easy coat! Amazing!!!

  OPULENT  

Opulent is a chic cool grey gel polish shade. 

Ok, so I like this one a lot more than I thought I would. I find grey's can be a bit hit or miss with me but I liked this tone. I think this would look GREAT on deeper skin tones *insert heart eyes*.

Another perfect formula, opaque in 1 easy coat!

  MAJESTIC  

Majestic is a shimmery white pearl gel polish shade. 

G-L-A-M-O-R-O-U-S (did you totally just hear Fergie's voice in your head?). This is lovely! I'd personally prefer to use this as an accent to add a touch of sparkle to my nails rather than wearing this as a full manicure, but that's just me.   

It applies smooth and evenly with no brush strokes. Opaque in 2 thin easy coats.

  DEAR SHEER  

Dear Sheer is a classic sheer pink gel nail polish shade.

I love this one! Could not stop staring at my nails when I wore it! So SO pretty!

The formula is great and it applies effortlessly! 
It isn't streaky or patchy, self-levels well, and builds up to full opacity nicely in two thin coats. Lovely!

  BARELY THERE  

Barely There is a sheer peachy nude gel nail polish shade.

A classic neutral. A crowd pleaser for sure!

  FLUFFY BUNNY  

Fluffy Bunny is a milky white gel nail polish shade.

I love that this isn't your typical stark white-out white - It's so much more wearable! 

The formula of this one is slightly thicker than the rest, so it's important to apply the thinnest coats possible. It isn't streaky or patchy though, self-levels well, and builds up to full opacity nicely in two thin coats.

I have been on the hunt for some good natural / sheer everyday, work appropriate polishes. In my pursuit I have noticed sheer polishes tend to apply unevenly and require lots of coats to look nice. 

I can wholeheartedly say that Opallac have nailed the sheer nail trend!
The new Opallac sheers are elegant, and the formulas are lovely (I always adore Opallac gel polish formulas, and how perfectly they cure under the Opallac LED nail lamp!)

Let's be honest, not all neutral nail polish shades suit every skin tone. But I can guarantee you that at least one of these new neutral sheers will suite you!

* I feel like I need to make a quick disclaimer here, and acknowledge that typically, the trendy "Jelly" nail look, is achieved by applying a clear acrylic nail tip / clear sculpting gel over your natural nail, then adding a coat of transparent colour-tinted (jelly) polish over top - just Google it! I have swatched these Jelly polishes on my natural nubbins, to give you an idea of how these Jelly's look on shorter nails, as I'm sure not everyone wants to commit to false nails. So just bare that in mind.

I think Opallac have seriously nailed the Jelly trend!
I love how vibrant, bright and glossy these jelly polishes are.
I especially love that you can achieve jelly nails at home!

Clearly, the jelly effect is not as obvious on my short nubbins as compared to longer / false nails, but I'm still digging the squishy jelly look. It just goes to show that you can still enjoy the jelly trend with shorter nails.

(Not going to lie, I do think it looks much cooler on longer nails though).

These new nude shades are beautiful and the formulas are simply perfection! 
I just love how easily opaque Opallac polishes are, and how perfectly they cure under the Opallac LED nail lamp. 

Let's be honest, not all nude shades will suit every skin tone. But I can guarantee you that at least one of these new neutral shades will suite you!
