STEP 1: 

Apply two coats of the Miracle Gel nail colour of your choice. 
- Apply just like regular nail polish. 

STEP 2:

Activate the curing process with one coat of the special Miracle Gel 2X Volume Top Coat - it does not need to be cured by UV / LED light; so it's less damaging to the nail.

I have three polishes from the Delicate Decadence collection to review for you today :)

WINE STOCK

Wine Stock is a rich red wine / maroon nail shade. 
It's so vampy - I love it!

The formula is lovely. The polish is so easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It can look a little patchy on some nails but the patches eventually self-level.

It builds up to full opacity in one - two easy coats.
*I found that the more coats of polish you apply, the deeper and more intense the colour gets - I personally think it looks best with two - three coats. 

PINK UP

Pink Up is a bright hot pink nail shade with an amazing flash of blue-purple iridescent shimmer throughout it. The shimmer translates beautifully to the nail. I'm obsessed!

The formula is perfect. The polish is so easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well. 

It builds up to full opacity in one - two easy coats. 

PLUSH BLUSH

Plush Blush is a powder pink / light lilac nail shade with a lovely silver shimmer throughout it. It comes across as a little frosty on the nail but it's still very pretty.  

The formula is perfect. The polish is so easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well.

It builds up to full opacity in two thin and easy coats.

I really like these polishes - they're so beautiful and all have fantastic formulas that apply effortlessly onto the nail, are easily opaque, and dry super quickly.

I found that the Miracle Gel polishes are quite glossy and gel-like on there own, so you could probably get away with not using the Miracle Gel Top Coat. If you want to ensure the longevity and durability of your manicure you will definitely need a coat top coat, but I don't think you necessarily need the specific Miracle Gel Top Coat. You could really use any top coat over these polishes; it just won't give your nails a 'gel'-like look. I personally prefer wearing them in conjunction with the Sally Hansen BIG Kwik Dry Top Coat instead. 

Sally Hansen claim the Miracle Gel polish system should last for up to 14 days on the nail. I did not wear these polishes for the full 14 days to test the claim, but I did have a few of them on for a full week. The polish wears pretty well. The polish only suffered some tip wear (which is to be expected). Other then that, I had no major chips and the glossiness of the polish did not dull at all. Really impressive.

I love that the Miracle Gel polishes have the same amazing signature wide brush Sally Hansen's Complete Salon Manicure range have; making the polish so easy to work with and application using the three-stroke method a breeze.

I am also really amazed with how easy the polish was to remove with nail polish remover - whether it be acetone or non-acetone remover. It removes just like regular nail polish, no soaking, wrapping or scrapping required. 

Definitely recommend trying out the system.

JAMBERRY NAIL POLISH LACQUER SPRING / SUMMER 2016 - SWATCHES & REVIEW

Totally my kind of colour - I'm Obsessed!

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is perfect! It also dries super glossy. 

It builds up to full opacity in one easy coat!

A hot pink mani is always in style and you're sure to be smitten with this pretty pink hue.


THE REAL ZING

The Real Zing is a bright neon tangerine orange nail polish shade. It is insanely bright in person and does not need a white base coat to make it pop. It's perfect for the warmer weather!

The formula of this polish is kind of weird. It seems thin but thick at the same time - It's almost Crelly-like. It still applies pretty easily and covers well; it also isn't streaky or patchy. 

It builds up to full opacity in two - three thin coats.

Due to the neon nature of this polish the second and third coats really help intensify the colour and make it look brighter and more vibrant.  

It dries semi-matte and a little dull, so a coat of clear shiny top coat will help create the ultimate summer manicure. 

You're sure to pack the right amount of punch with this haute neon hue.

These are the first polishes from Jamberry that I have tried and I am quite impressed. We all know nail wraps to be Jamberry's forte but I think these may even be better than their nail wraps. The formulas of the polishes I have tried have been exceptionally good and they dry relatively quick. 

Jamberry have a beautiful range of nail shades that include bolds, neutrals, glitters and everything in between, as well as base coats and top coats; so there is a little bit for everyone.  

Transform your post winter nail blues and add a pop of colour to your digits this Spring and Summer. 
I cannot wait to get my hands on some more Jamberry nail lacquers!

OPI BY POPULAR VOTE

OPI by Popular Vote is a beautiful berry red nail polish shade.

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is seriously perfect! 

It builds up to full opacity in one easy coat!

YANK MY DOODLE

Yank My Doodle is a burnt orange-brown nail polish shade. 
This super unique shade is totally reminiscent of the colour of autumn leaves - I love it!

The formula of this polish seems a little bit thinner than the other polishes in this collection (it's almost Crelly-like), but it is easy to control and apply. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well.

It builds up to full opacity in two thin and easy coats. 

* Am I the only one that cannot get over the cheeky name of this polish?! HAHAHA!


NEVER A DULLES MOMENT

Never a Dulles Moment is a sunflower-mustard yellow nail polish shade. 
The colour is super pigmented and really quite flattering. I'm not one to wear yellow nail polish but i'll make an exception for this one. 

The formula is a lot better than i was expecting, especially since yellow nail polish tends to have a notoriously bad formula. The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is amazing! 

It builds up to full opacity in two thin and easy coats. 

STAY OFF THE LAWN!!

Stay Off the Lawn!! is a blue-toned forest green nail polish shade. 
The colour is rich and super pigmented. Due to how extremely pigmented it is, I was expecting it to stain my nails green when i wore it - It didn't! I would still wear a couple of coats of base coat just to be safe.

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is seriously perfect! 

It builds up to full opacity in one easy coat! 

CIA = COLOR IS AWESOME

CIA = Color is Awesome is a gorgeous deep teal blue nail polish shade. 
The colour is rich and super pigmented. Due to how extremely pigmented it is, I was expecting it to stain my nails blue when i wore it - It didn't! I would still wear a couple of coats of base coat just to be safe.

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is seriously perfect! 

It builds up to full opacity in one easy coat! 

SHH...IT'S TOP SECRET!

Shh...It's Top Secret! is a delicious deep brown nail polish shade.

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is seriously perfect! 

It builds up to full opacity in two thin and easy coats. 

SQUEAKER OF THE HOUSE

Squeaker of the House is a beautiful chocolate mousse brown nail polish shade.

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is seriously perfect! 

It builds up to full opacity in two thin and easy coats. 

WE THE FEMALE

We the Female is a deep burgundy red nail polish shade. 

The colour is rich and super pigmented - perfect for Autumn!

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is great! 

It builds up to full opacity in two thin and easy coats. 

SUZI - THE FIRST LADY OF NAILS 

Suzi - The First Lady of Nails is an olive / khaki green nail polish shade. Loving this ugly-pretty shade!

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is great! 

It builds up to full opacity in two thin and easy coats. 

FREEDOM OF PEACH

Freedom of Peach is a terracotta orange nail polish shade.

The colour is super pigmented and pretty.

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is seriously perfect! 

It builds up to full opacity in two thin and easy coats. 

PALE TO THE CHIEF

Pale to the Chief is a creamy-nude nail polish shade with scattered silver shimmer throughout it; giving it a 'frosty' look. It is the only shimmery polish in the collection. 

The formula is good. The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It's a little patchy on some nails but it eventually self-levels. 

It builds up to full opacity in two - three thin and easy coats. 

MADAM PRESIDENT

Madam President is a bright raspberry red nail polish shade.

It is the brightest colour in the collection. 
The colour is beautiful and super pigmented.

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is seriously perfect! 

It builds up to full opacity in one easy coat!

When I initially saw the press release for this collection a couple of months ago I was honestly underwhelmed and not enticed to get any of the polishes from the collection. I don't tend to gravitate to deep autumnal shades unless its a berry colour; but this collection may have just converted me! After trying out this collection, I can genuinely say that the collection is worth getting. 

Formula wise they're all literally perfect, they're super glossy without top coat, they're seriously opaque and they're super pigmented.

There is not any particular polish in this collection that I personally wouldn't recommend, - they're all just that good! My personal favourites are; 'Never a Dulles Moment', 'Squeaker of the House', 'Madam President', 'Suzi - The First Lady of Nails', 'CIA = Color is Awesome' and 'Shh... It's Top Secret!'. 

OPI have developed colours that I am sure will appeal to women of all types and skin tones. I definitely recommend checking this collection out for yourself - you will not be disappointed!

THE NAIL LAB NAIL POLISH - SWATCHES & REVIEW

CHRISTIAN

Christian is a bright poppy red nail polish shade.
The colour is super pigmented and intense. 

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is seriously perfect! It dries to a semi-matte finish, so it looks a tad dull, but add a coat of shiny top coat and it's glossy perfection.

It builds up to full opacity in one - two thin and easy coats.

POLLY

Polly is a bright salmon-coral pink nail polish shade.
The colour is super pigmented and intense. 

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is seriously perfect! It dries to a semi-matte finish, so it looks a tad dull, but add a coat of shiny top coat and it's glossy perfection.

It builds up to full opacity in one - two thin and easy coats.

FAY

Fay is a beautiful berry pink nail polish shade.
The colour is super pigmented and intense. 

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well - the formula is seriously perfect! It dries to a semi-matte finish, so it looks a tad dull, but add a coat of shiny top coat and it's glossy perfection. 

It builds up to full opacity in one - two thin and easy coats.

ARETHA

Aretha is a gorgeous multi-coloured glitter nail polish consisting of small and medium sized pink, purple, orange and yellow hexagonal glitters in a clear base. 

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. The glitter to clear base ratio is great; meaning the glitter pay-off with each brush stroke is even and the base does not build up too thick. The glitters also lay flat on the nail and don't stick up - a coat of clear top coat will help completely smooth out the nail if the glitter texture bothers you.

This versatile polish can easily be worn on its own and built up to opacity in two - three coats with some possible dabbing needed to fill in some areas of the nail (as shown in my swatch above). It can also be worn as a glitter top coat over another nail polish - it would look great over black or white.

These are the first polishes from The Nail Lab that I have tried and I am impressed!

The formulas of the polishes I tried are all lovely and they apply onto the nail effortlessly, and are not streaky or patchy. They all have a slightly thicker formula, but this did not really affect the drying time on the nail or their self-leveling. They are also super pigmented, and build up to full opacity on the nail beautifully.

The Nail Lab have a beautiful range of nail shades that include bolds, neutrals, glitters, metallics and everything in between, plus base coats, top coats and nail treatments. 

I cannot wait to get my hands on some more!

I definitely recommend trying out some polishes by The Nail Lab for yourself!
