By Cindy Societal (By CS) is an up-and-coming Independently run Australian beauty brand specialising in 10-free, Vegan and Cruelty Free nail polish and nail water decals.

I have 4 introductory shades from the brand to review for you today :)
*Spoiler*: they are really really good!



CONNOISSEUR

Connoisseur is a deep ox-blood red nail polish shade. 
So Vampy and sexy! I love it!

The formula is perfect! The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. 
It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well.

It's pigmented, covers beautifully and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in two thin coats. 


HAVING AN ARIEL MOMENT

Having an Ariel Moment is a really *really* pale / sheer pink (hardly even noticeable) nail polish shade with TONS of AMAZING gold-green lustre shimmers scattered throughout it. 
The shimmer is so reflective and blinding on the nails that it looks metallic.
OBSESSED with the colour AND the name! So Cool!

The formula is pure perfection! The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. 
It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well.

It covers amazingly well and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in two - three thin coats.
(My swatch shows two thin coats, and it looks perfectly opaque to me, but I could see you potentially needing three coats if you have longer nails.)


GLACIER

Glacier is a powder blue nail polish shade with a silver pearlescent shimmer scattered throughout it. So lovely! A crowd pleaser for sure!

The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well. The formula is great - (much better than I was expecting, considering these kinds of colours tend to apply patchy and unevenly). 

It covers beautifully and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in two thin coats. 


SNOW ANGEL 

Snow Angel is a periwinkle blue nail polish shade with a silver pearlescent shimmer scattered throughout it. Very similar to Glacier, but with a hint of purple. So beautiful!

The formula is great! The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. 
It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well.

It covers beautifully and builds up to full opacity nice and easily in two thin coats.

These are the first By Cindy Societal polishes that I have tried and I really liked them! 

The colours are beautiful, formulas are literally flawless, they're easily opaque, and apply effortlessly with the AMAZING wide brush (seriously obsessed with the brush more than anything!). They are vibrant on the nail, fast drying, and pretty chip-resistant - what more could you really want in a nail polish? The general quality of these polishes is exceptional!

I absolutely LOVE that By CS polishes are a healthier nail polish choice containing no nasty chemicals, are Vegan and Cruelty Free AND I also really like the concept of the nail polish being breathable.

WISH UPON A STAR

Wish Upon A Star is a multi-chrome nail polish shade which shifts between pink-purple-blue-green, with iridescent flakies and holographic glitter scattered throughout it. 
The colour shift is incredible! So STUNNING!!!

The formula is fantastic - it's packed with glitter and flakies that distribute evenly to the nail (with no need for glitter fishing) and it doesn't lay too thick on the nail. The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well.

It covers really well and builds up beautifully to full opacity nice and easily in two thin coats.


TALE AS OLD AS TIME

Tale As Old As Time is a jelly pink glitter-bomb with iridescent flakies and micro-glitter, unicorn shimmer and holographic glitters scattered throughout it. 
Love love LOVE the pink, the glitters, and the Beauty and the Beast reference!

The jelly formula is lovely - it's easily buildable, it's packed with glitter and flakies that distribute evenly to the nail (with no need for glitter fishing) and it doesn't lay too thick on the nail. The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well.

It covers really well and builds up beautifully to full opacity nice and easily in two thin coats.


CINDERELLY, CINDERELLY

Cinderelly, Cinderelly is a sky blue crelly nail polish shade with iridescent flakies, unicorn shimmer (that flashes gold-pink) and fine holographic micro-glitter scattered throughout it. 
So SO beautiful!

The crelly formula is lovely - it's sheer enough for the iridescent flakies to shine beautifully through the blue base, and easily buildable. It's packed with glitter and flakies that distribute evenly to the nail (with no need for glitter fishing) and it doesn't lay too thick on the nail. The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well.

It covers really well and builds up beautifully to full opacity nice and easily in two thin coats.


ZERO TO HERO

Zero To Hero is a grey nail polish shade with multi-chrome flakies, unicorn shimmer (that flashes gold-green) and holographic glitter scattered throughout it. 
Very pretty!

The crelly formula is fantastic - it's sheer enough for the shimmer and flakies to shine beautifully through the grey base, and easily buildable. It's packed with glitter and flakies that distribute evenly to the nail (with no need for glitter fishing) and it doesn't lay too thick on the nail. The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well.

It covers really well and builds up beautifully to full opacity nice and easily in two thin coats.


I JUST CAN'T WAIT TO BE KING

I Just Can't Wait To Be King is a multi-chrome nail polish shade which shifts between green-blue-purple, with multi-chrome flakies and holographic glitter scattered throughout it. 
The colour shift is incredible! Love it!!

The formula is fantastic - it's packed with glitter and flakies that distribute evenly to the nail (with no need for glitter fishing) and it doesn't lay too thick on the nail. The polish is easy to apply and effortlessly glides onto the nail. It isn't streaky or patchy and self-levels well. 

It covers really well and builds up beautifully to full opacity nice and easily in two thin coats.

These are the first polishes from Glam Polish that I have tried and I am OBSESSED! 
The unique colours / mix of glitter, multi-chrome, holographic, iridescence and flakies is AMAZING and seriously perfection! I also LOVE the Disney name references! 

Formula wise they're all literally flawless - they're easily opaque and apply effortlessly. They're so jam-packed with glittery goodness that they dry down slightly textured and a little dull, so applying shiny top coat over the top would be ideal. 

These polishes are so unique and fun. It's a HUGE thumbs up from me!
I definitely definitely definitely recommend trying Glam Polish!
You will not regret it!

Tainted Twilight is a plum purple nail polish shade with a unique mix of pink and purple glitter flakes, as well as a gorgeous gold shimmer lightly scattered throughout it - SO PRETTY!

The formula is fantastic and the polish applies beautifully. 
It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well. It also dries nice and smooth. 

It is completely opaque in two thin easy coats.


ABSOLUTELY FANTABULOUS

Absolutely Fantabulous is a bright pink nail polish shade with a beautiful pink, gold and blue shimmer lightly scattered throughout it - ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!

The formula is fantastic and the polish applies beautifully. 
It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well. It also dries nice and smooth. 

It is completely opaque in two thin easy coats.

PLANET UNICORN

Planet Unicorn is a grey nail polish shade with a unique mix of multi-coloured glitter flakes and a gorgeous pink-purple shimmer lightly scattered throughout it - AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! My swatch really does no justice!

The formula is fantastic and the polish applies beautifully. 
It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well.It also dries nice and smooth.  

It is completely opaque in two thin easy coats.


WONDERLAND

Wonderland is a beautiful sky blue holographic nail polish shade with a gorgeous pink-purple shimmer lightly scattered throughout it - STUNNING!!!!!!

The formula is fantastic and the polish applies beautifully. 
It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well. It also dries nice and smooth. 

It is completely opaque in two thin easy coats.


DARKNESS LOOMING 

Darkness Looming is an eggplant purple nail polish shade with a unique mix of pink and purple glitter flakes, as well as a gorgeous gold and blue shimmer lightly scattered throughout it - I AM OBSESSED!!

The formula is fantastic and the polish applies beautifully. 
It isn't streaky or patchy and it self-levels well. It also dries nice and smooth.  

It is completely opaque in two thin easy coats.

These are the first polishes from Glittering Elements that I have tried and I am so impressed! They're so beautiful and formula wise they're all literally flawless! 
These are seriously some of the best Indie nail polishes I have ever tried!

I definitely recommend trying them!
